Description: 

Job Description

  •  Prepare quote drawings & technical specification as per the sales team or customer requirement

  • Understand the principles of applicable industry standards, customer requirements and design criteria

  • Ensure all quote drawings & technical specification submitted to the PLM/ERP system

  • Revise quote drawings & technical specification based on changes needed

  • Properly document and archive all engineering drawings and documents

  • Create clear and concise drawings (components/assemblies) and layouts from previously supplier inputs in both 2D and 3D formats as required.

  • Create Bill of materials

  • Create assembly procedure & test procedure

  • Check drawings as required and ensure their conformity with design inputs

  • Obtain and file related project documents according to engineering procedure

  • Ensure all drawings are submitted to the company PLM/ERP system

  • Revise existing drawings/BOM based on changes needed

  • Maintain the Engineering documents 

Short Description

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 - 4 years of work experience in drawing/drafting of Oil and gas field equipment(API 6A).

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:

  • Strong background in 2D & 3D CAD and GD&T with experience in design analysis is desirable
  • Sound experience in Wellhead Equipment Drafting
  • Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a plus
