Job Description
- Conduct needs assessments, designs and develops appropriate training to meet organization and individual needs
- Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies
- Participate in making the training plan and training need analysis
- Manage training providers searching and selection process
- Manage and coordinate all training preparation related activities
- Monitor and report about the training implementation and the daily operation of training including attendance, feedback from trainee and trainer, development areas of the training
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure ROI and objectives are accomplished
- Develop an efficient talent management framework for Delta, including succession planning, career development, competence development and performance management for an efficient career management plan
- Ensure that training and competency development requirements for the potential successors are identified and delivered
