• Conduct needs assessments, designs and develops appropriate training to meet organization and individual needs

• Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies

• Participate in making the training plan and training need analysis
• Manage training providers searching and selection process
• Manage and coordinate all training preparation related activities
• Monitor and report about the training implementation and the daily operation of training including attendance, feedback from trainee and trainer, development areas of the training
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure ROI and objectives are accomplished.
