Oil Field Services Manager

Description: 

       Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the field service department in different regions and ensure service delivery as per customer requirements
  • Responsible of HSE and service quality for the field service department
  • Technical support and operational management for the department across different regions
  • Reporting of field service activities and ensure to meet set KPIs
  • Plan and supervise all onshore and offshore field service activities
  • Manage and ensure optimum utilization of available resources, manpower and cost
  • Prepare and control operational budgets and planning the operational activities in a cost-effective manner
  • Manage and ensure optimum utilization & allocation of available resources, manpower and cost
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction and follow for more Business Opportunities from the Client
  • Ensure all service staff has the required training and fit the client requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate performance by proper supervision and organize timely recruitments and placements of required staff
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify Sales opportunities for different Markets and create new Sales leads
  • Manage the relationships with the customers and improving customer satisfaction
  • To conduct timely meetings with staff to understand and handle the work issues or problems if any

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 10 to 12 years of work experience in related job/industry
  • Minimum 5 years field experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in coordination or service management
  • Regional experience in GCC is preferred
  • Experience in onshore and offshore Wellhead and Xmas-tree Installation and maintenance
  • Experience in high pressure equipment installation
  • Commercial Experience as Sales Engineer shall be an add value
